With over 35 years in the construction and property development sectors, including senior management and director roles within the private sector and State Government, Michael has a wealth of experience and expertise in a broad range of project types and sizes.
Michael has formal tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Economics. He spent 16 years working in the Victorian construction industry with many of Melbourne’s leading construction companies. Roles undertaken included senior management and director positions on major built form projects across commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors.
Over the past 20 years, Michael has worked in the property development sector in senior management and directorship roles including MAB Corporation, Mirvac and Rivelee Australia, as well as VicUrban.
Michael possesses an extensive and diverse range of skills and expertise which enable him to drive outstanding results for the group, with a real focus on quality outcomes and personal involvement in each project undertaken by 888 Property Group.
Joe has a broad range of experience in property development, waste management and remediation spanning over two decades.
In 2002, Joe was one of the founding directors of Paramount Specialised Services – an industrial services and waste management company. Paramount grew exponentially and was sold to Transpacific Industries Group (ASX-TPI) in 2007. As Business Development Director at Paramount, Joe secured national contracts with BP and Shell. These projects involved soil and groundwater remediation and environmental engineering.
Joe also worked in the UK from 1999-2002 setting up a world’s first chemical emergency response subscription service for Onyx (Vivendi).
Since the successful sale of Paramount Specialised Services in 2007, Joe has been actively involved in numerous Melbourne land subdivisions, urban infill sites as well as commercial, industrial and residential developments.
